hot dish, eh?

made Tater Tot Hot Dish for the first time tonight. still earning my Minnesota stripes, apparently... and it wasn't even the tried-and-true version. it was way better. i used plain ole ground beef instead of bison, and i think next time i'm going to try some feta instead of solely bleu cheese. it was a little overpowering for such a classic Minnesotan recipe.
